Who this notice covers

This notice applies to WDSW (Web Design Solutions Wales), a small Llanelli web design studio. For anything covered by this notice, contact daf@wdsw.co.uk.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

• Through the quote form: your name, email address, an optional phone or WhatsApp number, and details about your project.
• If you message us on WhatsApp: whatever you choose to share in that conversation. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies once you leave this website.
• If you email or call us directly using the details in the footer.

We do not use tracking cookies or collect personal information through general browsing of this website.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project, and agree a scope and price in writing if you decide to go ahead. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your details for anything beyond responding to what you asked us.

Who we share it with

Quote form submissions are delivered to our inbox using Resend, an email-delivery service. We share the minimum needed with it to send that message. We do not sell or otherwise share your information with third parties for marketing.

To protect the quote form from spam, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical information about your browser and device to confirm the form is being completed by a person. It does not use this information for advertising.

Some of the services we use to run this website, including email delivery and hosting, may process information outside the UK as part of their normal operation.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 12 months, or deleted sooner once your enquiry is resolved or, if you become a client, once the project is complete. We do not store enquiry details anywhere other than our email inbox.

Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic, such as how many people visit and which pages they view. It does not use cookies and does not collect information that identifies you personally.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do any of this, email daf@wdsw.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time, for example as our tools or processes change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.

You can contact WDSW on WhatsApp. This takes you to an external service, where WhatsApp’s privacy information applies.
